- This program is tailored for athletes who are in a beginner to intermediate level. The primary focus is on enjoying the sport and improving their skills. Athletes will have the opportunity to further develop and refine their skills and strategy specifically for participating in local youth triathlon competitions
5x Week Training
- 5 days a week swim/bike/run
- Program design for athletes who possess the necessary skills, fitness, and maturity to train at the expected level in our programs.
- Applies for competitive athletes (race in either local/national)
- Extra bonus practices*
*high performance/high school/draft legal athletes
